If you listen to CIMB you wont be picking a champion. Always recommending Gamuda, UEMS, Mahsing, KPJ bla bla bla. Look at their price, been downtrending for months. Mah sing for example dropped from a high of RM2.50 to RM2 now.

I will say try to avoid banking stocks and big property players.

Asamlaksa is absolutely correct. i thot it was RM 2.5 in June 13. If you look at property counters, most if not all have dropped by at least 20% from their peak. Just look at UEM, Hua Yang, Tropicana etc

Actually all property counters will drop further for 2 reasons - 1. withdrawal of QE & 2. interest rates hike. BNM will have no alternative but to increase OPR sooner or later bcos of inflation and weak ringgit. Only yesterday, Turkey increased its interest rates from 7.75% to 12%, SAfrica by 50 basis points and so did Argentina and India. All bcos of QE n its weakening currency

Mahsing will rise up next week. Warrant already moved a bit with higher volume. Mother just has to catch up. Mahsing is one of the best property counter in bursa. They're so aggressive.
