connie, why bored?, i c 932kaki very interesting, relax and makan makan here and there. my mahsing, earlier bought 2.05/2.18/2.28 sold all at 2.45, now round 2 bought 2.09 and 2.12, waiting for payday. if u r bored, u shd have some interesting yet satisfying night activities to keep up the good mood

“最佳領導公司獎”should largely due to the very outstanding leadership of Tan Sri Leong. CONGRATULATION to Tan Sri Leong.

How good and far can a company go depend mainly on its leadership. Now the leadership of Tan Sri has been testified by its phenomenal past records and recognized by an International Body, what else are you waiting for? After SuZhou, there is no boat for you. By the time all dust settles down, do you think Mahsing is still traded at 2.20?

Mah Sing is still in the syariah compliant list but SP Setia/AirAsia/Bumi Armada drop out, a fraction of all those $$$ will go to mah sing

Agreed with Angie. However as I keep it for very long term, the return is still reasonable (better than bond and >2xFD), albeit it is significantly behind the broader market, let alone comparing to the many super performers in this round if hot bull.

This is not a wise move and the project will not be a good one as Jawi is an area full of house flies and bad smell of chicken/pig dropping from the many chicken/pig farms nearby. Yes, Mahsing may able to sell the project but it will certainly not as hot cake as those in KL and Iskandar. The profit margin will be not as high as other projects elsewhere too.

So I am not excited with this announcement.
