Overall it is still a uptrend. Stoc has not crossed 80% and with a lot of good news it should be uptrend. However there is always an element of reversal.

Would like to highlight that the ex-date for 8 cents div is on 10Sep14. Some short term traders will be attracted to here by the dividend and this may create pseudo push on share price.

As long term investors we should have high faith on Mahsing; if the price ups, we “shiok sendiri”, if the price downs, we just sit and wait. Along the time, the high growth Mahsing will grow big becoming number #1 property player in M’sia. RM3.50 should be the TP within 1-3 years. We do not aim for quick money but BIG MONEY. Cheers !!!

The caveat issue is a testing to eliminate weak holder, while strong holder will come in. Later on, the quarter result and dividend will be the catalyst for up moving price.

As expected, another 20% growth on net profit. It is very difficult to find company with consistent 20% growth rate each year. If you already have it, you should appreciate and keep it for long term albeit its share price performs likes turtle temporarily.

Leng Yan(冷眼) said it is very fair to ascribe PE 15x for high growth company especially during the hot bull market. If our beloved "TurtleSing" ready commands PE 15x in near future, its share price would be RM3.3(TTM eps 22 x 15).
