Property is the best hedge against inflation... Therefore, I'm a strong believer in Mah Sang. Not many listed Companies can guarantee price increased to its product/services.

Just go thru the Quarter report, I noticed that Cash on hand had reduced more than 200mil from previous quarter ended 31/12/2013.

I had gone through the few months announcement, there isn't any big accusation/expenses except for the Shah Alam lands which cost RM327.5mil but only need to fork out 10% which is RM32.75mil. So someone clarifies on this as I might missing out on something.

In balance sheet the current liabilities is drop by 200mil as well. As a result I will say this is a good result with strong earning and healthy balance sheet as presented.
