i think small matter on fire breakout, not an important part. The more crucial issue would be the aluminium's price, either have some rebounds or worse.
Avoid until we have REAL picture, as of now we do not know the full impact yet. We do not know whether it affect the production operation or need to take how long to resume production.
Samalaju plant is contributed about 75% of PMetal smelting capacity.
high gearing, mean the director claim everything he spent on pmetal. try imagine, rm 20k per month for petrol, car service rm 10k, although is only rm 2k. petty funds for entertainment rm 50k per month and many more to go. that is why this rubbish in troubles. so, just sell.
I believe the production is badly affected as from the company announcement they have not update production and operation situation whether is shut-down or break-down. Instead the company swings our attention to Mukah plant production status. Is it weird ??
The Mukah plant's power outrage incidents, the company failed in Insurance claims and had to write-off RM100mil from book.
I do agree sell 1st (if possible), dun take risk as many unknown.... There is no clear indication on the production affected. If a 6 hours power outtage can caused so much trouble on Mukah Plant, I'm afraid the fire incident on Samalaju Plant will not be "unharmful"
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
