Johor developers with cheap land banks all are good buy. Those land bought 20 years ago, i.e. 2003 were all dirt cheap, appreciated 10 or 20 times already. Among the value buy should be Crescendo, KSL, Keck Seng, IOIP etc etc.

If you look at HSR project alone, it is not a good deal, as the cost is too high, hard to achieve breakeven for the operation.
So, the project owner must earn from other side to recover back its cost, and land value appreciation is the faster way to recover back its cost. Ekovest got 4k++ acre land in Johor, Jcorp also plenty of land, while CICO has bigger plan, to ensure the track and technology are align so next time this track can connect all the way from Singapore to China (this is their one belt one road ambition)
And Bandar Malaysia is the crown jewel. Last time it was awarded to Ekovest, but subsequently the deal was call off. If now with the support of new Agong, hopefully Ekovest can get back the Crown Jewel.
Hopefully market sentiment is bullish, then OPs shld take the golden chance to fry it up strongly before the next correction set in. Shoot up 10c at least? 15%+- is good
