Till now not even a single hair I let go of mkland as I hold on even tighter when it plunged to the critical level...tis will be the last time u all will receive dividend fm Mk... As starting nxt yr its earning will be fully under pressure with profit warning...2017 could be the worst year for Mk as there are no new projects to replenish its depleting low unbilled sales...Even if there is land sale it won't kick in for financial yr 2017...It is still a SELL for me but I will buy more if u sell cheap to me...I predict zero dividend for 2017 as property sector brace for the worst to come...

I m not pesimistic...I m just telling the whole truth...If u talk about undervalued counter there are so many companies better than Mkland...yes they have land but they donno how to transform it into a prestigious project...they don ve determination tat is why all tis while their projects are slow and small...

Mkland still record profitable earnings albeit reduce compare to previous year. As MKland in net cash position, if it opt for full payout of its earning, I think MKland should be able to declare dividend at least 1.5 sen, yield 5% and offer cushion to share price.
