Bought MkLand after 1998 @ 40+c, went down 10+c bought to average,
highest price until now 40+c. If shot up 1.00+ already sold off sold ago.

Sorry Either 2008 or 2009 I remembered I bought mkland at just 0.16 during the Great Recession...It dropped to all time low of 0.11 b4 rebounded back to ard 0.15...Pls check it again...I don lie cause I bought it at 0.16 last time...

During Tun, MKland is good as it can get many projects. Najib wont give any project to him. MKland will get lower and lower.. Target 0.20cents

however nemesis was telling us truth, mkland once only worth 0.11 , many years ago
after fight back to 0.50

MK Land got no hope.

my housemate is working as their contractor.

No doubt their landbank is big, but their management is real bad. end up many parcel of land offered to Empire

Worst part is now damansara perdana is attracting lots of Africans. and because of this the value started to drop. many buyers also starting to avoid this area

Mkland made the biggest mistake during 2008-2009 when they sold large tract of Damansara Perdana land to Empire mammoth group at a very low price less than 150 psf...at tat time they need cash to strengthen their balance sheet n for bond repayment...Now they are left with only 230 acres of DP land...I need to caution u all tat price might drop to 0.28 soon...Mkland is famous for low cost and affordable housing development...So they haven't got the expertise to do high end in DP like Empire...Even if they use DP land for bungalow development, it is a great waste...Since the land is so valuable they must use it to build super high end like commercial city just like Empire City...BUT sad to say they just don 've the experts n experience to build such a huge development...So the only solution is just sell all the remaining 230 acres to Empire Group at very high price n return back the money as capital repayment to shareholders...Don waste time...let the expert do it....

Till now not even a share buyback has been executed though they have cash to do tat...they just donno how to keep their share price strong...Sign of a very poor management financially...Now dividend also they stop paying...another sign of turn off for investors, tat why investors dumped MK shares recently...More sign of weakness to come...
