I think every company in this sector having the same problem to sell their product.Have to wait until the maket to come back boomimg again.At this stage MKLand @0.33 Rm is consider at low tide.If u buy in now and wait to havest.

To all Mk supporters here...Karambunai taken private by its owner at just 0.05 way below its NTA value...I wonder whether Tan Sri Mustapha will do the same thing given its depressed share prices...If it happens, then we are on all the losing end...They are so wise to privatise at low price now rather than when the price is high n expensive... Pls DON be taken by surprised if Mkland is taken private soon at low price soon as MK is holding 40% of Mkland

BUT the only person tat can prevent MK fm taking Mkland private is Datuk Kasi..he is still holding 19% of Mkland...Datuk Kasi will surely never surrender his stake in mkland if the offer price is low...The relationship of them both I believe are not on the good side...

I'm really a fan for this share as I previous earn quite a decent return from it. However it is interesting to say that the share has been tumbling given their huge and worthful of land bank.

Anyway, my point here is that I might have to agree with the Chi Pet that it may, I mean it may drop below 0.30 with rebound 0.28 I guess. Anyhow, I will still monitor this share as i do hope that I will drop to below 0.30 so that I can re-enter. I believe it will in view of the weak sentimental in Property Development Sector.

Target :0.28

P/S: Nemesis, I know you may angry but yet this is a forum anyone can give their opinion and this is my personal opinion. No hard feeling here
