Keep this in mind again

when Bplant announced sale of Kulai estates to Ytl power for Rm429 millions cash Mr Market did not pay attention then as Bplant was still a low at 58 sen

Then AFTER BPLANT received Rm429 millions and reported a profit of 15 sen with 7.3 sen dividend Mr Market chased Bplant to Rm1.09

So now we already know Tsh has sold Sabah lands for Rm248 mil and profit is 7.56 sen

this profit is only partly reported in May 2022 result of 6.99 sen (P/E now 3.5)

there is another 3.99 sen profit to be reported in Aug 2022 results

plus normal operation Aug 2022 results should be good as well

Best is yet to come

1. Sale of Bulugan land confirmed for Rm731.09 millions and profit is an excellent 31 sen

2. Tsh's 4 plots of lands in Kutai now in land boom and prices are rising

3. After all debts cleared Tsh can follow Innoplant by giving very high dividends for years to come. Directors of Tsh founded Inno for Sabah Govt and has a 21.95% stake

Best time to buy is when price falls below intrinsic value

Some are here to hit and run
Some buy and hold
Some are just here to waste time.

And some are serious longer term investors

From confirmed 30 years experience attested by many Remisiers and Bosses of Security Firms 90% of Traders are losing money

Then where did money go?

Director Tan Aik Yong suddenly got an impulse to buy 16 million Tsh shares at Rm1.643

to them they know Tsh will see very high profits
