Malaysian CPO price for August 2022 fell RM415 to RM3,778 a tonne while the price for November 2022 CPO dropped RM396 to RM3,805

Please don't put too much emphasis on the CPO futures.

Nobody knows exactly how low the CPO futures price will go and nobody knows how much it will rebound too within this year or next.

So please don't speculate on CPO futures.

National banks around the world including Malaysia have been or raising interest rate to fight inflation.
We don't need a rocket scientist or best economist in town to tell us why the need to curb inflation when the price of commodities including crude oil are easing.
If recession happen every one of us still need to eat and drink, need a house to stay and some kind of transport to move around.
The commodities pull back cannot last long.

With decreasing ASP =
palm oil n crude oil stocks r dropping fast in prices as the next QR PAT is certain to decrease.

Commodity stocks r just for short term play when its respective commodity is on bull run in prices, purely due to speculative premium.
Then commodity stocks become value.stocks as its QR PAT will increase in a big way but last short term, 1 to 2 QR max.
They r so difference compare to growth.stocks that could grow 4 to 8 QR.


NB: when we play commodity stocks next time, need to remember this line:
The commodity market can be quite unforgiving when you go into a recession and supplies outstrip demand.

Attacks and counter attacks will never end. Nonsense begets nonsense too .

What I am sad to find is that
someone keeps targeting at others, repeating the same old stories and digging out the past. Those stories will never end if someone keeps doing so. That's why I have to apologize to them for "meddling"in their affairs.

Now on 29 June Tsh Egm voted for sale of Bulugan Regency lands in Kalimantan for Rm731.09 millions and Profit 31 sen to be reported

After two assets sold for Cash (yes both are cash sale ) Tsh will then be almost debt free and from there Tsh might morph into a high dividend share like Innoplant

Tsh was told by Sabah Govt to set up Innoplant in year 2007

Inno became a great success and today giving out 80% profit as dividends

another great stock giving good dividend is Bplant

We bought Bplant at 57 sen two years ago when naysayers abounded with cries of why Bplant went into algae business. Those listened to naysayers sold Bplant at the wrong time

As from then we received a total of 16.55 sen dividends from Bplant

at cost of purchase then at 57 sen out dividend received is almost 30%

at this rate keeping Bplant for several years more with good dividends our holding cost will be FOC (FREE OF CHARGE)

AND IF WE REINVEST ALL OUR DIVIDENDS THEN AS EINSTEIN SAID

"COMPOUNDING INTEREST IS THE 8TH WONDER OF THE WORLD"

LAST YEAR BPLANT PROPOSED TO SELL KULAI LANDS TO YTL POWER FOR RM429 MILLION FOR A PROFIT OF 15 SEN

AT THAT NEWS MR MARKET DID NOT BOTHER AS BPLANT WAS STILL AT 58 SEN

AFTER BPLANT RECEIVED CASH PAYMENT ITS PRICE SHOT UP TO THE HIGH OF RM1.09

NOW SAME SCENARIO IS REPEATED IN TSH

EVEN WITH NEWS OF BULUGAN LAND SALE OF RM731.09 MILLION WITH CONFIRMED PROFIT OF 31 SEN MR MARKET STILL SELL DOWN TSH BELOW RM1.00

OF COURSE MORE THAN 90% CANNOT WAIT

THEY WANT FAST MONEY BY PUNTING
