Regarding that counter :
The A&P rent calls share the same A&P vendor since before IPO. Renewals secured for 2021 after the first MCO. People still exist, eyeballing of ads still happen. The two brothers working on managing and expanding. Supermarket tenant recently secured. e-Logistics have been happening, will continue to happen (research various logistics players, REITs, funds in logistics) and will likely be a mainstay coz folks are geeting lazier :)

Digital A&P is a driver and focus for that company due to higher margins

Oh I forgot you mentioned that counter’s fundamentals re borrowings, PSA

You mentioned their “creeping” borrowings. Look at cash, check short vs longterm borrowings, look at equity vs liabilities (the former trouncing the latter = good leverage), look at *retained earnings*

Yeah, they’re pretty stingy with divs historically but they do pay (check float)

Inter-state travel was not allowed during MCOs. Stage buses were not running. Transportation terminals are empty. There is no traffic. No eyeball. Even Star Media's revenue was down substantially.

Serba had lots of cash and retained earnings too.

Some thoughts on Tsh

1. No more below Rm1.00 as we are strongly picking up all Rss shares from shorties

2. inspite of naysayers casting more doubts those weak hands have all sold to strong holders

3. As Longer term genuine Investors taking over from short term punters and gamblers there will be less and less shares of Tsh in the market

Plus Insiders/Directors are on the side of Longer Term genuine Investors because they never stop buying and buying up 500,000 shares of Tsh everyday

once a while Directors surprise us by Walloping 16 million or 3 million shares of Tsh at one go!

Crude is down 7% now at 97.11 while soyoil is down 3% and canola also down 3% currently....information to know when making informed decision

Sure. Very likely TSH will drop below RM1.00 tomorrow. However, I am prepared to hold for more than one year. Meanwhile, O&G is expected to dive down from the Olympic spring board tomorrow if Crude oil not recovered at end of the day US time.

YOU CAN'T EXPECT THE PRICES TO REMAIN THE SAME ALL THE TIME.

LET TSH HANDLES THE SITUATIONS. TSH HAS MORE THAN SUFFICIENT EXPERIENCES TO HANDLE THEM. TSH HAD GONE THROUGH THE THICK AND THIN SUCCESSFULLY.
