They import as much as they can while it is cheaper now. After their reserve fill up they stop buying and the price drops further. When planters can't make profit they reduce production and the price goes up again.

TSH, includes other stocks is a good lesson to those who were trying to make a quick buck from stock exchange. Chase high when a particular stock moving up, sell in fear when a stock move down, not interested in a valuable stock that moving in slow pace. Sorry, I have no intention to offend anyone.

Based on my observation, I believed this counter is another target for short selling. My own strategy is use 30% to buy and when it gets lower, will use the other 70% to buy further. if goes up, I still have 30% to take profit. if not, I have another 70% to bargain hunt. again, a reminder... at the moment... NO CONTRA. Not the time yet. hahaha.

Meaning the buyers yet to have high inventory. The high inventory is at the sellers side due to the ban and now delayed further by procedural and logistic issues. CPO price downtrend isn't reflecting the actual situation. Traders are justifying on the sellers inventory but not on the buyers inventory. Buyers are now waiting for as low as possible due most festive seasons only happen in Q4 and Q1 which would consume higher palm oil.

Give them a lead time of 2 months for ordering, shipment to buyers countries, distributions to their customers, etc. CPO purchase should start to pickup in August.

Why should Arab abstract more crude oil from the ground to bring down the price while Biden and his follower NATO are still supplying their near obsolete weapons to Ukraine pushing inflation higher in their own countries as well? Oil producing countries are much happier to be richer with higher oil price. LOL

The call warrant is an instrument for gambler lah. Pi baca how those warrant are played and paid. then you may have better understanding how bankers need to control the price to minimise payment.

after that, put one of the call warrant in your monitoring and see how the share price of TSH affect the call warrant. the buyer and seller are not just retailers but bankers lah. after that dah jelas. hahaha.
