Note this

Tsh Joint Venture with Wilmar only in Sabah Refinery

As for Indonesia Tsh has no joint venture with Wilmar in Refineries there

Tsh has 4 palm oil mills which process Fresh Fruit bunches into Cpo and then sell Cpo to Wilmar

As such both Tsh Cpo in Sabah and Indonesia entail no hiccup or delay

and Wilmar pays for Cpo in less than 10 days

So there is good cash flow

then Director made an offer of Rm3.00 and took Daiman private

Bulugan lands selling for Rm731.09 million (cash deposit Rm42 million received)

total cash from asset sale already Rm970 millions plus cash in hand more than cover all debts

later Tsh will be debt free and cash rich

Easily few millions cash a year

by early next year will see debts evaporated

plus any piece of 94700 acre in Kutai sold can get a Rm1 Billion in cash

Ok all at Tsh

These are some figures from Tsh balance sheet

1 Total loan is Rm970 millions

2. Sale of bulugan lands will take out Rm550 Milions to pare down loans

so Rm970 mil less Rm550 million

Balance owing will be reduced to Rm420 millions

tsh has cash in hand of Rm340 millions
So debt will be only Rm80 millions

With High Cpo price Tsh can easily generate Rm200 million profit each year

By early next year Tsh will be debt free
