At the age of 55, it can be a reasonable time to retire , taking a break or persuade other career is quite normal I guess.
Only if he is between the age of 35 to 40+ that is the case to be worried about.

These are some great ideas regarding Tsh

last qtr result shows a profit of 6.99 sen

this month will report another good qtr due to these factors:

the Ffb this qtr is up 20.9% compared to 1st qtr

plus Cpo to be reported averaged Rm6,552 which is a record

so from operations alone we will see increasing profits

and more

last qtr sale of Sabah lands still got carried over profit of 3.99 sen to be reported this month

cumulative results should excel 6.99 sen

Just wait and see results out

Though Cpo price has weakened there are two mitigating positive factors for results after this great month as well

Cpo price still expected to range Rm3800 to Rm5500

fertilizer cost has come down will save on cost

plus 2nd half of year usually see better Ffb

June alone Ffb has shot up to 91,000 tonnes

so Nov results and even Feb 2022 results expected to be good

Sale of Bulugan land for Rm731.09 millions will Garner a huge profit of Rm465 millions as book value only Rm255.4 millions (that will give a nice 31 sen profit )

with the sale of Bulugan lands (deposit already received Rm42 millions ) Rm550 millions will be used to pare down borrowings to reduce gearing

plus Tsh has another cash hoard of Rm340 millions which means that loans will then be a mere Rm80 millions

Tsh still got investments, jv with partners and receivables over Rm200 millions in total

part of that is
21.95% shares of Innoplant
jv with Wilmar in Sabah Refinery
Ekowood which it took private in year 2017

300,000 acres of forest concession lands from Sabah Govt and Rm400 millions worth of biological assets

and it still got the 4 gold mine estates in Kutai/Kalimantan totalled 94700 acres

94700 acres of Kutai lands were purchased as early as 2006 long before Indonesia planned to shift it's new admin capital

book value as low as Rm5000 per acre or 13 sen psf

now land prices there going up every day

there they chase lands here Directors are daily buying up Tsh shares

during Recent Ban of Cpo export by Indonesia Tsh's business operate as usual because Tsh has 4 palm oil mills in Indonesia which processed it's own fresh fruit bunches into Cpo and then contracted to sell to Wilmar Refinery

Since down stream cooking oil ,palmic acid and other end finished products are not banned Wilmar still operate as normal and Wilmar pays for Cpo within 10 days

Fong Siling aka Cold Eye also trust Tsh

Wilmar also trust Tsh by going into 50/50 Joint venture with Tsh in a Palm oil Refinery in Sabah

in the balance sheet of Tsh it stated Rm93 millions invested in joint venture

above all Morgan Stanley has chosen Tsh and Taann out of 42 palm oil in it's Msci index for foreign funds to invest in
