Yesterday Director Kelvin Tan Aik Pen shareholding of Tsh has crossed 288,000 million shares

Just watch as it is a matter of time his shareholdings will cross 300 million shares soon

There will be less and less free float as days pass into weeks and weeks into months by his constant non stop buying and buying

He bought from Rm1.09 to Rm1.79 (when he no sell at Rm1.79? )

And again he bought from Rm1.79 to 99 sen

Now he will buy at Rm1.06 He will buy at Rm1.10

Bonia was 48 sen
it was director non stop buying that pushed bonia over Rm2.00

Daiman
Daiman boss bought from Rm1.20 to Rm2.20

buying was consistent and non stop

then at Rm2.16 Daiman boss offered to take Daiman (diamond) private

This Tsh will follow a similar pattern

just hold and ride all the way up by Insider Director non stop buying

Now in Ioi corp there is a purported plan to increase its palm oil estates by

1. Taking over a listed palm oil co

2. Or purchase palm oil estates from sellers

Ioi corp also bided for Ijmplant but lost to Klk which offered Rm3.10 (from Rm2.20)

Then Npc in debt distress wanted to sell 2 palm oil estates to IOI CORP

But While Ioi corp hesitated Kretam came from behind and quickly bought up those palm oil estates

Now Ioi corp has raised a cash hoard of Rm2.3 Billions
plus it is getting Uob Bank with further stand by cash for expansion or some acquisition

it will be interesting to see which one will be in Ioi corp investment radar

One of the reason why Klk rushed to pay a High premium price for Ijmplant at Rm3.10 (when it was only Rm2.20)

Klk, Ijmplant and Tsh all operate in similar territories of

Sabah
Kalimantan
Sumatra

At first Klk offered to buy palm oil estates from Tsh in East Kalimantan

but failed to get them and also only 2 pieces

Klk wanted something bigger

So when Ijm corp offered to sell Ijmplant Klk quickly grabbed the offer

even though export resumed there will be up to 40% shortfall
