Oct month end i manage to topup TSH again at 90+ cents. Every monthend money come, i kasi topup a bit. ckit ckit lama lama jadi bukit. hahaha my cost is around 97 cents nia... now up RM1.07. Hang on dulu.. this extra pocket money bring in a bit profit from TSH.

3.China reopening.
100% will reopen in 2023.China is already preparing for their nasal vaccine for mass use by training their grassroot community.With 3 layers protection the ccp is ready to reopen gradually. Ccp is actually helping to control the hike of commodity price by closing borders and zero covid policy.
Once they open up. All plan by us and fed will be ineffective.
They can jack up to 5 to 6% rate but oil still high price. Probably they can try up to 20% like in 70s.

Tsh salient factors

1. When Cpo was Rm2500 in year 2020 Tsh was Rm1.09

now Cpo Rm4400 up 100% Tsh still at the price of Rm1.09 is very undervalue

In year 2020 Tsh debt was Rm1.1 Billions

after Tsh sold Sabah land (Rm249 millions) and Bulugan land (Rm731.09 million) Tsh will be debt free

3 One qtr Tsh earned 4.15 sen and annualised 16.6 sen

if Tsh follows Innoplant give 60% profit as dividend then it will be 9.96 sen dividend or a yield of 9%

This month from land sold Tsh will report a 20 sen profit (more or less)

Tsh is now the best palm oil stock with the best prospect to rise up to Rm2.00 and higher

this is not a buy or sell call

But the facts are apparent
