facra you need to know about Tsh

Tsh current debt only Rm800 mil

sale of Kalimantan land will get Rm731.09 mil in Cash

from it Rm550 mil will be used to pare down debt

after that debt will be only a mere Rm250 mil

current cash position of Tsh is Rm250 mil

so in principle Tsh is already a debt free entity

current profit per qtr is Rm47 millions

per year is 16.6 sen

if Tsh follows Bplant in giving 60% net profit as dividend then it will be 9.96 sen dividend a year in all things remain status quo

After Tsh turns debt free it still got lots of great value assets

among them are 94700 acres of prime lands in Kutai/Nusantara

94700 acres are over 4 billion sq ft

current book value is Rm5k an acre or 13 sen psf

real time value is Rm2 to Rm7 psf

if we just take Rm1 psf the lands will be worth Rm4 billions

and since Tsh paid up capital about 1.3 billion it is about Rm3 a share

anither way to value Tsh is by comparing sale of Bulugan Regency land up north of Nusantara

32,000 acres sold by cash deal of Rm731.09 millions

if we base Kutai/Nusantara just at Bulugan value (of course it is worth more as it is new capital of Indonesia )

Kutai about 3 times Bulugan land at 94700 acres

so Rm731.09 x 3 should be worth over Rm2.1 Billions

The break out above Rm1.00 means Tsh going to go up much much higher in days to come

Happy morning all at Tsh resources

Yesterday Soyoil reboundes to us 70 sen a lb (soyoil was only us 28 sen a lb in year 2020)

Now soyoil has gone up by more than 100% and by proxy Cpo will be above Rm4500 to Rm5000
As of now Cpo is at Rm4150 so we can expect prices to go higher

This will be good earning trend for palm oil

Many palm oil shares apart from Tsh like jtiasa, thplant, SOP, Taann, Bplant, Simeplant are still laggard buys

Get them while prices are still reasonable

Final decision is yours

Earnings
Manageable debts
Margin of safety

One margin of safety is the land assets of bplant (220,000 acres) Jtiasa (206,000 acres) Thplant (240,000 acres)

All these are appreciating assets for years to come

Can be sold in times of need to meet debt obligation and like bplant can sell to unlock value and give high dividends )

This is what Tsh's Management have been doing

Sell off high profit assets to pare down borrowings and later sell more to give windfall dividends

Best days are coming for palm oil shares due to high Cpo prices plus appreciating asset value
