Today is the last Saturday

Here is a recap of Tsh since we first bought at Rm1.09 in year 2020

Current price is Rm1.07

We received 4 dividends

1 sen in year 2020
1.5 sen in year 2021
This year dividend given twice
3 sen + 8 sen

Total dividends received

= 13.5 sen

And 13.5 sen dividend to Rm1.07 + 13.5

= Rm1.205

Less cost of purchase Rm1.09

= 11.5 sen surplus

About 5% dividend (better than Bank FD of 2.75%

Now SEE Research recommended KGB Wb and Sh Chan and both fell more in price than Tsh from their recent peaks and gave no dividend at all

Please check out the facts very very carefully to fund the truth

As to Tsh future target prices they were projections

And to take a text out of context is a pre text

Yes Tsh in the "far future" has potential to rise like Nestle by virtue of it's 94700 acres of prime gold mine lands in Kutai/Now Nusantara the new capital of Indonesia

Current book value of those lands are only Rm5000 an acre or 13 psf

Just like Putrajaya after it was chosen to be new admin capital of Malaysia land prices skyrocketed from 15 sen psf to as high as Rm250 psf today

94700 acres land is about 52% total land mass of Singapore at 180,000 acres

So we extrapolate on the potential of Tsh's prime lands in Kutai/Nusantara in "FAR FUTURE"

We are investors as opposed to short term traders, punters or contra players to which 90% of the people belongs and guaranteed to lose money eventually proven by statistics

As such we do not limit our target just by Dec 31st 2022

We have followed the blue print of buying when insider buy

And as insider chairman buys more we certainly happy to follow him

The successful examples have been demonstrated in Daiman, Bonia, Ancomny, Texchem and many others which insider directors bought non-stop till their companies were either taken private or now up 300% to 500%

So we expect Tsh to follow in that same pattern : As it was; it is and it shall be

no one can guarantee as future can only be projected

Our price target remains the same even though not fulfilled yet

So we will hold on

as for tikus his PA also crashed by more than Tsh

he then turned and attacked PA leadership. no character and no consistency

We believe in Tsh and we will stay true to conviction and will be consistent

we also won't twist and turn like snake research

We remain steadfast and look ahead

Why Director Lim Fook Hin bought 2.1 Million Tsh shares and didn't sell at peak Rm1.89?

When Director Tan Aik Yong bought millions of Tsh at above Rm1.60

Why oh why?
Director Tan Aik Pen bought Tsh from Rm1.09 to the high of Rm1.89(and never sell?)

Why is he still buying ?
And keep buying more?

Tsh chairman bought Tsh at Rm1.09

he bought till Tsh reached Rm1.89(no sell)

he bought all the way when price retraced below Rm1.00

he bought it up again till Tsh declared 8 sen dividend

he gets Rm26.1 millions in dividend in Tsh and now his total Tsh shares crossed 337 millions

he is still buying more
