From a financial viewpoint. All upstream plantation companies relies heavily betw 90%-100 %, on the CPO market pricing. Cost of the fertilizer depends whether you are using compound, mixed or straight fertilizer. Price of imported compound fertilizers are much higher vs straight fertilizers. Small holders are known to skip their fertilizer's application when the prices are expensive or they used cheaper substitute products. Labour cost is the biggest cost for any plantation followed by field replanting costs. Fertilizer make up around 20% - 25% of their fixed costs. Other planter's are welcome to give thier feedbacks

TSH almost at a low price. All it needs to skyrocket is news of coming millions from sale of land. Funny, BPlant goes up on news of selling land, TSH already sold land with lots of millions, and yet price goes down from RM 1.50!! Market Maker slowly accumulating, and when have enough, will surely push up to Director Kelvin T A Pen, initial buying price . No longer The Slow Horse, but The Superb Horse !!!

Honestly, i am very upset about the management taking care of their company share. First of all, Mr. Tan should be disposing for what he acquired way back till 19th May 2023, he disposed almost 15% for what he acquired and since then the price plummeted till low now. I have no bullets to average down anymore since at the peak.

Plantation should be independent trend with KLSE because everyone needs palm oil and wonder how the stock is in loss!

after that income collapsed into losses every month

so future dividend will dry up and no more fresh income

Tsh saw its Rm1.5 Billions debt melted away till only Rm95 mil small debt left and soon will be debt free

it has fresh income for many years to give out fresh dividends
