Today is a bad day.
Plantation index is green.
Fund is parking here for raininy days.
Pull back is slowly completed.

Why buy TSH.
Because Boss show the eagerness to pull the stock price by listing on SGX.
Sooner or later this will be reflected.
The stock wont fly if boss never show eagerness to pull.

Just need to be patient. Meanwhile enjoy the dividend if any.

Actually TSH is holding well as compared to other plantation stocks simply because CPO futures has gone a little softer lately but don't write off TSH as it is still a safe counter to hold long

Yes Titan3322 is correct

When we bought Bplant at 57 sen we also bought Tsh at Rm1.09

Both bplant and Tsh went up

Bplant jumped to almost Rm1.20 and Tsh to Rm1.89

And then bplant corrected to 60 sen and Tsh to 90 sen

However Bplant gave a total of 24 sen dividend and Tsh gave 13.5 sen dividend

And now Bplant has surged back up to Rm1.08 to everyone's gladness

Tsh since it is still laggard i have sold some bplant(still keeping some bplant) and switched to Tsh

If bplant goes higher and Tsh drops more then i shall sell more Bplant to buy more Tsh

Once again, calvintaneng of Netx fame, is not knowledgeable on all the issues concerning land matters in Nusantera. Someone in this thread and in i3 who was familiar with land matters in Indonesia has already explained this issue a few weeks ago. We thank him for this explanation.

calvintaneng has a recurrent problem. He thinks he is able to predict or forsee events from his simple approach, when in fact, he knows little but talks a lot (verbal or writing diarrhoea). Just look at his posts in promoting Netx. Not only he got it so wrong, he was a liar. Similarly, look at his promotions of stocks when the 2018 Mahathir government realigned the railway project, did he get it right? Also, the BDI spiked up, and he reflexly promoted Maybulk as his next stock that you must all have; quickly he admitted he was wrong (rare occasion). There was a thread where he identified many undervalued stocks that he so cleverly screened out, and these, except one, all got much cheaper. You can still own these cheaper today! Then when the CPO price went up, he promoted plantation stocks when they have already reflected this news. As usual, calvintaneng does not understand valuation and the impression is his promoted stocks will go into stratosphere valuations. He should sometime look at the market capitalization of these stocks, instead of focusing on its per share price. This will anchor him to the ground than allowing his volatile emotions (manic-depressive) cause havor to his personal investments.

To grow wealth long term, you need to compound your wealth. Be wary of calvintaneng who seems to have been compounding his losses so far.

Just my observations.

Don't forget to exercise your votes. You get the government you deserve. Make sure you cast your votes in the coming state elections.

The best gift of PMX to bursa traders is the revision of the Stamp duties back to 0.1% from 0.15% The previous gomen increased it by 50% at one go and it was a tremendous set back. I lost my dinner and lunch every trading days now getting it back thump down to pnipu🤣🤣🤣

The price appreciation is merely due to russia war disrupt the food supply chain from urkraine, russia, and jack up the crude oil price then only the palm oil price raised afterward.
Sell land aldy, may be the profit revenue from land sale will goreng the price but afterward will come down eventually.

Conversely, Bplant was 57 sen in 2021 and now Rm1.18 up by over 100% and people should sell high

So logic is sell high priced bplant and switch to low priced Tsh

Debt was more than Rm1 billions and now less than Rm100 mil so saving Rm50 mil bank int (5%) yearly or 3.6 sen

At 3.6 sen if given out as dividend already more than 3.5 sen dividend not counting extra current profit

Plus At Rm1.01 with Nav of Rm1.44 Tsh is selling at 30% discount to Nta

Also last Eps was 2.13 sen and annualised is 8.5 sen which is just below 12 p/e

With Rm273 mil cash from land sold plus Rm136 mil investment shares in Innoprice plant the balance sheet now very sound

And strong insiders support plus funds like Public Mutual and Eastspring fund we are in good company.
From all yardsticks Tsh looks very healthy, defensive and even better value now at such good bargains

Can make double from bplant to buy cheap Tsh

And Tsh might one day double up like Bplant
