we received 24 sen dividend since then

so cost of Bplant brought down to 33 sen

now LTAT offers Rm1.55 to take over Bplant

so 33 sen to Rm1.55 is up a whopping 369%

more than 120% profit for every year of last 3 years holding Bplant

now success is repeated

Tsh cost per acre only Rm5,000 more or less

no wonder all the Tsh Directors fully loaded up on Tsh shares and willing to pay so high prices for them

Director Lim Fook Hin added 500,000 shares of Tsh at Rm1.10 on Jan 2022 to increase his holding of Tsh to 2.1 Million shares

Director Tan Aik Yong bought 16 million Tsh shares at average cost of Rm1.643 to make it over 5% holding and reported as substantial holders

Director and Chairman Kelvin Tan Aik Yong bought Tsh as high as Rm1.79 to make his total holding over 340 million Tsh shares

Making cooking oil and other downstream products for direct export to China and India 2.8 billion ready consumers

Also Tsh has a total of 6 palm oil mills (according to Fgv BOD a palm oil mill today is worth as much as Rm60 million. If 6 then 6 x Rm60 mil = Rm360 mil)
