（吉隆坡1日讯）世霸动力（SERBADK，5279，主板能源股）陷入审计疑云，陆续遭到评级机构降评。标普全球评级机构（S&P Global Ratings），将该公司的长期发行者信用评级降至“B-”，并列入观察名单中。

该机构在今日发文告中说：“我们认为，世霸动力公布特别独立审查，以解决审计中所发现的问题的时机，将使该公司在未来1年内，近17亿令吉债务再融资（计划）变得更复杂。”

因此，该机构将世霸动力评级从原先的“B+”，下修至“B-”，并列入负面观察名单中。

“这意味着，若世霸动力无法及时再融资短期债务，或为回债提出可靠的再融资计划，将有再降评一级或更多的风险。”


连S&P都来踩多一脚。 他这样降评会对Serbadk很大影响的。

希望没人因为傻傻追高再被割多一次韭菜。

No doubt because of Serba’s case it will going to affect other Kpower and SCIB, which Karim was the chairman for the company. However, both companies have different teams of BOD. As well as Serba.

Just be smart to analyze, don’t fall into the trap been promoted by operator. So far don’t see any transaction by top shareholders for the company. If negatively for sure they already start to offload.
