Basically 3 main issue raised from KPMG to Serba:

1.Certain customers’ confirmation relating to sales transactions, trade receivables and material on site balances
2.Certain transactions on purchases and trade payables balances on local supplier
3.Further information relating to customer and supplier in Bahrain.

If you are follower for SCIB, the company don’t even get any contract for Bahrain before. For item 1 & 2, don’t even related to SCIB.

That’s why keep on asking those manipulators to prove the evidence.
