when a company hits by negative issues, especially suspension, of cause they need to cash out some fund because business and operations still on going. Liquidating some cash in case of emergency.

Didn't all the masters here asked people to sell, to cut lose, to save it for better counters. Same theory applied.

Capital reduction, only extremely penny stocks do this like netx, impiana, phb equivalent. After consolidated price fall even lower except ptrans. Karim expect this stock Tp 0.035, so capital reduction to 0.20 sen to look nicer outwardly only. Later fall back to 0.035 again

Thanks for that.

Were the shares previously bought and held by the company? Otherwise I wonder where SCIB are going to get the money to buy shares to cancel?

Maybe Karim allows SCIB to cancel his shares for the greater good of the ikanbilis ;)

As at end of April 2020,paid up capital of Scib is around $85mil compromise of around 85 mil shares,$1/share.Capital reduction of $40 mil is to pay/offset the loses of the company before. This capital reduction is to reduce the value of "paid up capital share",normally $1/share reduce to 0.50/share.So the outstanding shares still the same, only paid up capital reduced. Please refer to circular dated 8 June

SCIB is quite amazing, it can generate a significant revenue or profit even with no asset present in that country... Can someone can enlighten me how a company do it...

There is no asset at OMAN and Qatar, but both have generate significant revenue and profit there..

As for past 18 months.

OMAN contributed RM 242 mil revenue
Qatar contributed RM 469 mil revenue

But SCIB dont have asset at both country...
All asset located at Msia only...
