SCIB first round goreng during 2021 bonus split period, crashed after Serbak dynamic scandal. 2nd round goreng after new management on boarded. Now big crash after recent limit down.

This counter going to continue going down before the 3rd round goreng. You keep average down just like thus people average down glove counters in 2021 and 2022. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Straight away down 3c upon land acquisition announcement, this was a very first negative reaction. Bank loan drawdown starting before 30 June this year while new factory only expected to be completed first quarter of next year, therefore more finance costs incurred and that may turn company from profit to loss.
TP below 20c at end of 2024.

I don't understand purchase the land, build the new factory and relocate existing factory just to increase 30% capacity. If increase capacity by 100% can justify lah. Spent so much money just for 30% capacity increase. Management brain masuk water? Future profit margin going to drop because of additional depreciation cost and financial cost. 😐😐 Not good not good!

As a matter of fact,the sarawak land survey depth has their own valuers to value the land objectively. If you don't agree to their valuation, you arenar liberty to engage your own valuers to challenge theirs. So no big deal

Yalah 21.8 acres land actually not enough to keep their non-movement concrete pipes. They need a least 100 acres to keep thus unsold products.

Inventory days = (Average inventory / COGS ) * 365 days.
= (20 million / 110 million) * 365 days
= 66 days of inventory. [2023 annual report data].

Wow that's why need a huge land lah!
