in share investment ,three thing are affect the return of our portfolio .

1)skill of picking stock
-we can learn from many sifu in i3 forum like icon8888,cold eye,OTB ,KYY.

2)Portfolio management
-cut loss & lets profit run

3)SAIZ(fund) does MATTER .
-the crucial point,with return of 10% , the bigger of fund saiz,the greater the return.

there are 3 way to increase saiz of fund.

i)monthly saving - before i start stock investment , my wife & i save 30-50% of monthly income ,continuously in 5 years.

ii)Family money- i gather money from my family to form a investment fund.

iii)Bank money- personal loan or margin account.


Finally, My point of view is , newbie should keep hardworking first to save own money & start invest when are young . After learn some investment skill & have proven profit record, can gather fund from family.after that , Margin loan is final step.

How you calculate out 7.9,use EPS 29.81

Accumulating last 4Q EPS = RM0.3236.

TP = RM2.20

Rolling PE = RM2.20 / RM0.3236 = 6.80

Hi tksw... my understanding is 2.04. This breakout will see the bull run without resistance... all the way. Just like the bull running out the "fence (resistance)" and no more barrel for it ~... Keep support it... TP3.00 is possible if we factored in all the margin of safety!

Actually no news la i think. Just that the previous 2 quarters results have started to reflect on the share price. Coupled with next year it a construction theme, most construction counters start to do well such as Gkent, Suncon, Kimlun, Muhibbah, Mitra etc. However, Mitra is still quiet this week.... I hope it followed subsequently with its peers. :)
