Because disc 14.7% is not attractive enough if i am the current shareholder. 30% at least.

Happy888, stay out of this stock.. better choose something else, there are plenty good stocks out there. Take a look at Ranhill (should breakout very soon), even you get trap， you will still receive good chunk of dividend.. once you trapped in Anzo， you got nothing...

Personally, I think better stay away. Let the syndicates subscribe to the rights issue since they got a lot of chips they pressed down from others.

according to the proposal, warrant C should executed since 3rd qtr 2016.
what is the par value now? 0.25 or 0.10?
after par value deduction, there are no effect on no. of share in warrant A & B?

New right share is 0.20 so ANZO price will DROP to 0.20?

they've overpressed the price. They drained investors dry, and now they want to ask more money by issuing 655 mil shares, bloating the total no of shares after everything's done assuming 100% subscription to close to 1 bill shares. Sure, let the bankers subscribe lah.

I don't have anzo, just summarizing the situation that is going on.

Buy a ticket to Holland. I think Anzo don't look good after it dropped from 30 sen support. It is getting lower and lower after the ESOS new listing. No bottom seen yet. Don't buy.

I think this company is in need of CASH printing just like Kgroup. They need CASH while they issue you more stocks. You want stock. They want cash...just like Kgroup. Same you buy they push lower. Buy push lower and lower until you are squeezzed dried while they keep your cash and print more stocks for you. Want some more? They issue more stocks for you. They just happily take your cash. Why? Because their 1 billion project cannot start without any cash.

This stock is highly manipulated just like Kgroup. Trade with cautious .Yesterday it rebounded strongly but dropped lower and lower and trapped everyone. So dangerous. So don't you go and think the rebound is nice and sexy. Later get trapped don't cry mama.

Kgroup rights issue price is at 0.05, however the current price is below... ANZO will be the same, price will push down below 0.2.. dont even think of jump into ANZO, still have many good counter out there for you to choose.. stay away!!!

any price below 0.20 in short term can buy, it won't allow price go below 0.20 before right issue. or else no body will subscribe the right share.
