Increase in the no. of ordinary shares from 86.322 million to 125.885 million.
EPS drop from core operation added with further dilution of share.

Anyway Sam remains one of my fav company and will keep in watch list. Sam is a very generous company if compared to Latitud and KESM, they gave out RM50.7 million as dividend for financial year 2016. Of course, the upcoming dividend next year will definitely less than this amount in view of weakening revenue and PAT. The decrease in Group revenue was mainly due to the decrease in revenue from the Equipment Manufacturing segment.

This is another talk kok company, 2012 said they wanted to achieve 1b sales target, they said again in 2015 by showing order book in hand in the annual report. But the results always fell far behind the expectation. Oh, they came from the same country of Calvin Tan, no wonder lah, all are 讲就天下无敌，做就有心无力。

Uncertainty is clouded the company in terms of revenue and earnings for next 6 months. It may trade below 5.0. Better stand on the sidelines.

别忘了，当可转换债券（2017年到期）被尽数转换成普通股，盈利将被稀釋，所以市盈率并不只是15，其实是超过20倍

It's possible to achieve RM 10 which could happen after 2017. The existing shareholders may have to bear with the potential setback in earnings for next few quarters.

Yes EPS Drop is just momentarily, operationally they have expanded with more than 200 staff in training. Sure cost up to prepare for double production!! Check their revenue now, didn't really drop. Plus don't forget they are exporting in USD!

Margin of error in this type of illiquid counter is very wide and must be tolerated...as long as the buyer understands what kind of fundamentals he's buying into...

This is a sign of intensive expansion. Over 200 new employees. No business? Nobody will hire 200 employees if there is no near term business. It may be that these quarterly results are not accurate to push down the price for collection purposes. Same with SCGM and also Scientx when they announce expansion then suddenly price will down then shoot sky high again. Look at Scientx graph

113 million net cash on the balance sheet with 3.5 billion orders lasting till 2020. I can sleep well @ night even if it drops back to 4.00! :D
