Bursa has to act cause it is Bursa's duty but there is nothing to worry :
1) Sendai already turned around for year 31-12-2023 with net profit of RM57.9 for the 4th quarter quarter last year a marked improvement of 238% and about 135% increase vs year to year.
2) There were also huge contracts being awarded recently could be a booster for profitability in the coming months or years.
So very likely investors would accumulate earlier.
So in my opinion, the above reasons should be accounted for the rise in share price.

Running on 4 quarters, the EPS now is 3.4 sen. The Qr ended on 31 March, say also 7.4 , then immediate changes can be as follows:- (3.4 + 3.4 + 3.4 + 7.4) ÷ 4 = 17.6 ÷ 4 = 4.4 sen

4.4 EPS x current PE 20 , price can be 88 sen.

QR 31Mar2024 should be published by end of this month.

last 3 year performances, accumulated loss totaling $700m !! (even when they got lots of big project in the middle east) .. all of sudden, got huge profit and NDA for that $5.4 billion ringgit question.. hemm. Hutang more than 1 billion already, plus other liabilities over 2 billion.
lets see.. how long they can hide under NDA for a public listed company.. it reminds me with one big giant before, got similar recipe. If yiou want to go secret with your dealing...make your company private la, delisted from Bursa... with claiming under NDA, they just breached the fundamental requirement for a publis listed company in Bursa/SC.

and for apek KYY staunch supporters.. where is the GOLDEN Rule of apek KYY.. counter MUST have 2 consecutives very good profits?. I am expecting apek in cohort with owner. time will tell..

Its againt the law, punishable to 10 yrs in prison n fine of not less than rm1 mil.
Study the detailed transactions in the past 10 days. SC would be able to make out a few accounts which were active in the trades, high vol buy n high vol sell. These accounts would stand out in the past 10 days. Then establish the relationship between owners of these accounts. Get the account registration details, interview them, interrogate n tourture them like they do during war times. Then, finally, prosecute and LOCK THEM UP for illegally manipulating country's stock market.
