This will be further enhanced by its regional expansion plans. The company has declared a second interim dividend of 4 sen, bringing the total dividend to 6.5 sen for FY11. Oldtown broke above its horizontal resistance at RM1.35 today. With this technical breakout, Oldtown will continue with its prior uptrend. Next target is RM1.50.

By looking at OLDTOWN technical chart, it is forming ashort-term price pattern called bullish flag formation. The sharp rally withhigh volume followed by light retracement with diminishing volume formed theflagpole and flag respectively. If the breakout is successful, the profittarget is around RM1.53 based on the flag target projection.

肯纳格研究指出，该公司未来业务的主要动力，包括旗下速销消费品业务拥有双位数成长，以及餐饮连锁店业务也有适度成长。速销消费品领域今年料可增加市场占有率，同时也渗入新市场，如中国数个省份、韩国以及越南等。
管理层有意在国内外市场增设更多的餐饮连锁分店，使其速销消费品领域的成长可以持续。若是中国经济成长持续强稳，预料其2013年财测拥有进一步扬升空间。
若是速销消费品成长达到40%水平，预料其2013年财政年的净利可增加8%至5千570万令吉，或等于预测本益比7.6倍。
该行预测其2012年财政年净利为4千390万令吉，2013年则为5千170万令吉，其盈利成长则分别为9.3%及17.7%。
除了业务展望乐观，该公司的股东结构也逐步趋稳，尤其管理层及大股东不再在公开市场脱售股票，也显示它未来盈利成长乐观。

旧街场白咖啡（OLDTOWN，5201，主要板贸易）获券商青睐，投资者买进带旺股价涨至1.55令吉，创上市以来的新高水平！

　旧街场白咖啡今早开市时仍打不起精神，微扬1仙至1.52令吉迎市，不过盘中一度高涨6仙至1.57令吉水平，创盘中新高！

　但是此走势不长久，股价快速回落，旧街场白咖啡以1.51令吉平盘休市；午盘开市不久，该股重新回扬，股价游走于1.55至1.56令吉之间。

　闭市时，旧街场白咖啡起4仙至1.55令吉，收盘价及盘中最高分别刷新上市以来的纪录1.51令吉及1.53令吉，成交量648万9000股。

　安联证券研究首次评估此股项，分析师在报告中指出，以该公司拓展连锁店及扩产速度来看，盈利将以3年净利年复成长率26%成长，目标价格1.69令吉。

　分析师亦指出，该股截至今年至2014年底的股息回酬料介于4%至6.6%，相等于50%股息支付率，可算是不错的“股息股”。
