Oldtown is a mix of goreng and fundamental play...thiose in early will gain and earn profits...dividend payout nothing to shout about, but when goreng time in play, you will be for a ride of 20-50sens per goreng session...i sense theres a group of people trying to fish around other small traders and letting others buy at high... Oldtown counter is interesting to learn the pattern...even if its red or unchanged, you can still make profit out of it..

（吉隆坡7日訊）舊街場（OLDTOWN,5201,主板貿服組）欲擴張其規模，計劃每年增設30至40間分店，並開創小站式咖啡館，分析員認為估值比同儕低，分析員預料該公司的分店規模將繼續雙位數成長。

每年擬增30至40分店

豐隆投行表示，目前舊街場的本益比為13.7倍，較其他業內同儕平均15.1倍顯示9.3%的折價。

在2012年的首9個月該公司共已派發6仙股息，相等於56.6%的派息率，派息政策為盈利的至少50%。

“舊街場正透過設立更多的分店來擴張其快速消費品業務的規模，其中包括在Suria KLCC開創首間小站式咖啡館。此模式一旦被證明成功，就會每年增設20至30間小站在全馬較集中的地區。他們也提出計劃在已發展國家中高度繁榮的城市如香港發展此營業模式。＂

目前，舊街場共有210間咖啡館，其中包括9間在新加坡，7間在印尼，3間在中國。

“在未來，我們預期咖啡館的數量會持續以雙位數增長。尤其是中國，預期從2013至2015年會有12至15%的增長。＂

豐隆投行也補充，一旦所有分店都獲得清真資格並投入充份的宣傳工作，穆斯林市場將為集團的盈利給予顯著的貢獻。

目前只有77%在大馬的分店是獲清真認證，該公司預期今年初能讓所有分店都被獲認證。

豐隆投資銀行給予“買進＂評級，設目標價在2令吉52仙。

該公司可能面臨的風噞包括原料漲價、小站式營業模式接受度低落、餐飲素質和產品需求相對有彈性等。（星洲日報／財經）
