Anyone who has studied BAB in details can share some insight as to whether it still has idle assets for rent currently, which will potentially generate new chartered rental income stream in future? Those assets already rented out over their useful lives have been reclassified into Finance lease receivable. But in their PPE, there’s still billions sitting there. Anything in there that’s not support assets, but available for letting out?

Finance Lease receivables = Olombendo FPSO and Malta FSRU.

Operating Lease receivables = Kraken FPSO and TGT FPSO.

from experience, the breakdown will be resolve in urgent basis within short term, weeks. then it will back to operation. since this is just a short term issue. share price will go back to normal. dont get fooled by the news.

I take this this hiccup that can happen as the inherent operational risks of an FPSO ; it is not the end of the Kraken nor Bumi Armada but possibly an opportunity to accumulate again. The market is probably panicking too much.

ONGC says "best case scenario" for Armada Sterling V FPSO is August 2023 start-up, "worst case scenario" is October 2023 start-up.

For ONGC 98/2, that is Kg. Our best-case scenario is August oil production. Worst case scenario is October. It all depends on the way nature and monsoon works and, in the oil, production should commence and then gradually step up.

The Kraken FPSO will be restarted on Sunday. If all is good, we should get an update from Bumi Armada on Monday, probably even before the start of trading.

Here's to hoping next week brings better news.
