When oil up, share price stops moving up, its market peak/top. Momentum doing a uturn at peak/top. Price stop moving up but does not drop.

Next phase is coming down from this mountain peak.

hib looks abit oppose with the current brent price, hopefully its someone who trying to collect as more as possible before they unleash the kraken.
