.Within 2 weeks fm the announcement dated 19 Aug 20.... Date of EGM to be notified for the proposed LTIP( collectively referred as Proposals).

- During EGM date of RI Ex Date to be determined.
Until then we hve to wait....for coming announcements.. keep alert

I know this company very very well. I have been working with them on some real estate matter. They gave me a P&C file detailing their rationalisation plan. This was in March this year, smack in the middle of MCO. They are very professional. Affin Hwang Fund obviously have great faith in them, they've kept on buying even with share price increases over the last few months.
