Those who wait will have to keep on waiting forever. They will only start chasing to buy when the price has gone up back to 50c. Typical human greed.
They should in fact be greedy now when all the people are scared stiff. I collected at 11.0c - 12.0c. I will collect more tomorrow.

.a. Ri 1:3 @ .20¢ plus same quantum of freeee warrant is very rewarding to traders
- i can forseen No significant in dilution..after Ex Date....but the stock value will continue to appreciate towards TP $2 to $3.. end of Dec 2020
Why? Because from now till Jan2021... Traders attitude more likely reluctant to throw into open market because trying to accomodate for better and best ROI..

-CA of $732 mil ++++ or equivalent is waiting to fill up Presbhd coffer...cash riched..for sure.
Implicates that financial standing 21Q1 will be greeeeeen and the compny financial is pretty fat surely will embarks on bz growth aggresively ..

Analysis.
GOM of the day displays a certain degreel of degraded integrity and trustworthiness ...political imperatives dominate the situation. Why? This system is a very important and critical to address the issue of ppl trafficking in/ out of the country. Its leads to security threat of PATI and human movement trafficking ,border crossing SOP etc

Prsent system MyIM is of 30 years of age .. has becoming obsolete and unable to cope with current env of human border crossing trafficking. Expose the country to security threat subsequently.

If not for the poitical hidden hands terminated SKIN in early 2019, the SKIN is be installed and in operation April 2020 dancing and singing.

So now still hanging decision by the GOM . Time is running out..human trafficking data seems to be not properly kept...etc

As for the above reasons .. less political driver factor.. presbhd better seeks her rightfully CA as stipulated. ...exhausting all outside settlement amicably. Entertaining too much , pampering too much GOM is a very painful period for the compny.

If you read the quarter results you will know exactly where Presbhd is. Simply speaking BS doesn't mean anything.

Presbhd has positive cashflow from operations since past two quarters and plans they have will certainly result in upside for investors.

On top of all this GOM settlement on SKIN project will be cherry on top.

This company has a good CEO and management.

Empty cans can shut up now. If price goes down temporarily no big deal at all, it is chance to buy more.
