Crystal clear Presbhd is a cornered stock. No doubt 'Someone' is controlling the stock movement. Its very obvious at the closing when they scooped up 1.08.

The so called awarded contract NIIS is just a making up ..RoboTop is the sifu in contractisation..he is well versed with the GOM sop i reckoned..from his writing in previous comments ... Not as simple as merry go round stories....

Even the GOM is at the wrong clearly in the disputes as well as purposedly selling and create nice stories of awarding contracts...to bla bla end of August.. Its again yet to be seen this week is the last week of august.. 28aug last day for aug...long weekend 31 aug on Monday.. Market reopen Tues 1 Sept....

I am very sceptical about GOM awarding contracts... Why? The disputes is yet to be resolved....CA $732 mil......liabilities. untill this issue is resolved then next step etc ..will then able to move..otherwise NO way GOM can kencing..NO More....
See how hot the 101 direct awards of contract by the previoys GOM.... Now in hot soup..... Its all hve weighting and may influence strongly the court case judgement... on 21 Jan 2021..

Advantages:

Normally ppl sceptical about RI and stock value after issued the right.

Lets understand what is IPO and rights issue?
In order to avoid dilution of stake of existing shareholders, company issues "rights" shares in proportion to their current holding. This is done when the company plans to tap the market after their IPO.

Normally ppl will tends to think that dilution will follow up. Yes in normal case its true to a certain quantum of stock value do shrink but absorbable later as the psycho market equilibrium stabilize .

The likelyhood is there because more shares are issued to the market, the stock price is logically tends to dilute and will likely go down a bit.....likely yes and no. Why!?

But in case of Preshbd , i strongly believe not much of depreciation because push and pull factor of RI issued is at very attractive price and the same amount of free warrant commensurate to the acquisition will be well absorbed the benefit to traders for sure.

Lets look why do companies issue right shares?
A rights issue is one way for a cash-strapped company to raise capital often for financial obligations operation..etc or as capital raising for projects in coming.

Shareholders can buy new shares at a discount for a certain period. and this is good for us traders.
