Har...termination of the contract is good news, Sapura300 loading money non stop if keep boned by the Yunlin contract....only 21/80 tubing installed after 2 years delay...it is the wise move to terminate the contract. Taiwan border contract is strict,. But the covid cost beared by Sapura...if continue like this, another billion loss inccured.

Qtr 4 will be in deep red zone. 3 to 4 cent coming. Oil $70 and SAP at 14cent in May 2021. Now oil $90 and SAP at 5cent. SAP must fix 10B debt first and make sure projects make profit.

A very good decision by the group to exit the toxic contract. Let them focus on contracts and opportunities which prints profit. All these legacy contracts if not profitable and unable to fix TCs, better just exit if the termination clause allows.

Don’t think 0.03 as Sapura is rich with active asset. It’s good they let go Yunlin project and look for other prospect with current O&G market rates.

Assuming the provision loss for Yunlin project, if no amendment every penny spend may lose another penny...haha, better terminate and settle in court.

Now sapura 3500 are able to work on other contract which can generate profit immediately...better than work under Yunlin project making more loss.

Court case will drag few years before concluded...it is urgent to put all the asset in work to generate profit.

I think this is a super good news but doubt the price will fly, still the main issue is liquidity still remain and pending the divestment result
