Creditors/Bankers would gleefully accept the 1.8 B Without Prejudice and their Rights to enforce and proceed with Winding Up, unless an acceptable Proposal is offered.

The Loans were under Recalled long ago and have reached the point to Wind Up.........how to make a u-turn???? with just 1.8 B???

Creditors/Bankers will prefer take some haircut, instead of 100% liquidation.
100% liquidation will take longer time to recover their fund.

Banks in Malaysia and Singapore are performing well, BNM and MAS are doing a good job. They got the highest profits YTD.. Maybank is still up 4 sen despite failures of two US banks. As it always does on the day when it trades ex-dividend, trending upwards. As of today , totally no sign that rich people are withdrawing money from the banks as claimed is evidenced by the performance of bank counters this morning.

Maybank and Sapura is like brother and sister mah..

Back to PNB. PNB is not desperate of cash. They should maintain these precious gems for continuous stream of income. Maybank's profit RM8.2 bil...dividends from this should be in billions for PNB. The only reason they want cash, is to capitalise on prevailing good price.

Mabel is looking forward for handsome Dividend from Maybank tomorrow. Currently Maybank is Mabel's biggest holding under Mabel’s *Visit Malaysia Year Program*.
