Came in at 0.05 during CNY 2021, now it's bye bye from me (hopefully also at 0.05)........
PNB prefer Bankers have a hair first. Consolidation has no meaning unless there is RI. But PNB is not interested in pumping in more cash, they prefer Anwar to pump-in some cash
I need to start praying, Bobby chai won’t kill him self if there is hair cut and/or help from government. If both also happen he will kill himself and start killing every thing in hell aso
from very start, i believe PNB is not interested in pumping more money. So consolidation / RI are all Rubbish. Although, SAP cannot raise Cash/borrowing but PNB Can!! For 2yrs, PNB just sit and watch. At 5cents what ever Cash PNB pump-in will generate ALOT of SAP's shares for PNB, still pnb is doing nothing. PNB strategy is simple, made Bank accept "Debt for Equity" and then PNB can loan to SAP to keep Biz running. All this boils down to " Is Sap Biz profitable and on-Going "----we will see this coming Qr Results
Yeah lor......Sin Kar Lan seems to think he eats expensive dinner, someone else foot the bills......or cannot repay Bank loans, bankers need to take haircut........

Now PNB is looking to raise RM800 million to sell their Gems if not more, and the divestment is expected to be done via a tender, which closes in April.
PNB is not desperate of cash. They should maintain these precious gems for continuous stream of income. Maybank's profit RM8.2 bil...dividends from this should be hundreds of millions for PNB. Perhaps they have something in the pipeline..
Anyway, Mabel is looking forward for handsome Dividend from Maybank next week. Currently Maybank is Mabel's biggest holding under Mabel’s Visit Malaysia Year Program. Despite current bearish sentiment in Wall Streets and Bursa, the whole program positive is positive in Mabel’s P&L. Mabel Target Price for Maybank is RM 10.
Meanwhile today, Mabel Energy Sapura Energy announced that it has obtained a new court order with its 22 subsidiaries, prohibiting creditors from taking legal action against the company within 3 months. Trading in the company was suspended for one hour in the morning to coincide with the announcement and resume at 10am.
Beside the above, they also announced they will propose share consolidation of every 20 existing ordinary shares of SEB into 1 consolidated ordinary share of SEB" and the cumming of White Knight.
Usually after share consolidation the price will drop but will recover with performance. Eg is AAX price from 8 sen, after consolidation become 40 sen and now the price is RM 1.14. Meaning no more penny stocks!
Everyday management has to Call Bankers to come-in for "Hair-Cut" and the standard answer is besok, lusa, and standard ---sembahyang dulu. If Bankers donT come-in in 3 months time, i think Cut gugu is final offer
sapura is more than a precious gem. it's a national treasure. we used the discovery of our oil fields in the 70s & 80s to grow our local capability in offshore exploration and production. other countries like UK, when they discovered the north sea fields in the 60s and 70s squandered the opportunity to build local capability to do offshore exploration and production - they relied mostly on foreign companies. So apart from the revenue for the UK government (which went to subsidies and welfare programs), there was no homegrown UK company with local talent built to do offshore exploration and production.
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....

Good that an extension was granted. Means the new govt is supportive.
