Are you an accountant ? Hmm.
Can you do more on the following:
Read the recent Quarter report and proposed scheme of arrangement.
1. Derive how they come about the losses. Which business unit actually making losses and how the business unit incur the losses.
2. Read the proposed scheme of arrangement inclusive appendix 1 to 8 and explain how convertible loan works for sapura. If possible explain more how the future profit actually going to be in loss postion with this debt equity swap.
3. Can you derive further how they come about the figures that you have shown.

You are seeing the TA and FA that Bobby always do. But Bobby cai like to talk about Nosh and Debt.which is sometimes very funny. I have mentioned many times there is no rocket science here, is just accounting. There is sideways to the restructuring plan as if it is not accepted then those who bought now or at higher price will gono get hit. The question is, if the restructure went throught. How the future profit will actually affect the current share holder which will be reflected to the share price

If the government has the plan to keep the jobs of Sapura's 13,000 employees it is also meant that the company would not be dissolved. Some kind of arrangements to reform the company cannot be completely ruled out.
