Why inventory is so high. Below is the possibility...

[a] Seath inventory was US$17,960 (insignificant).

[b] Increase of RM50mil inventory could be purchase of material to support balance telenor 300+ towers but build was deferred due to so call location study. RM50mil/300 towers = RM166k/tower.

And these RM50mil material can be used to support others tower build (MyTel=300towers) as well.
So it should be able to deplete in FQ3 & 4.

For those who want to give up, here is the bad news = North & Central Vietnam hit by devastating floods which could coz huge damage on tower equipment if the built location not planned properly during construction time.


For those who is long term investors, here is the good news = China Tower going to list in CQ4'17 and this will boost the tower industry..

i don’t think is good news for holder
the flood cause damage on tower equipment, who gonna pay the bil ?
OCK doing build, buy and lease back right ? the tower owner should is OCK, the one who pay the bil, it might impact earning.
but of cause, it a oppurtunity to build more and do maintenance.
correct me if i’m wrong please, i wish to know more too actually

Warrant conversion
cash 264m x 0.71
= RM187m
Interest savings 6% = 11.2m

Adjusted EPS = 45.7m (A)

Adjusted share cap = 1,135m (B)

Adjusted or Fully Diluted EPS = 4.03 sen (A/B)

PE = 88sen/4.03sen = 21.8x (instead of Kenanga used PE of 29x) for FY2017.

Chrismas present? 80-100% growth in new towers (expected in less than a year - as per report from Kenanga). AES project will contribute additional CF, new tenancy targeted to grow from 1.26x to 1.30x by end of 2017. Additional RE in progress? Let's see if price will catch up with fundamental by year end.
