Canadian low-cost airline, Flair Airlines' Strong Performance Continues In July
Flair Airlines continues to have an incredible summer, boasting higher on-time performance than most Canadian airlines and very high load factors. The Canadian low-cost carrier flew almost half a million passengers in July.
When share prices move up, you hv to look at them with skeptical glasses. Bcause most of the time, they will fall back n trap yr asses.
This one followed capitala late move yesterday. Capitala has hit its peak n will fall in coming days.
Stay away. Tp below 1.50. Because after this post pandemic travel surge, which wont last, business will return to 2013 - 2019 with more years in losses than in profit. Bcause it is in its business DNA.
As said in my previous posts, upliftment of both AAX or Cap A or none. There is no such thing as one is uplifted and the other one is not .... --------------------------- ericwwt
PN 17 uplifting this Friday. Only for AAX. Not Cap A.
Two applications submitted. *1st application for relief and upliftment *2nd application for time extension in the event that 1st application is not approved( 2nd application is conditional to 1st application) *1st application is pending as announced by AAX ,so 2nd application is also pending directly.
Likely outcomes *1st application is expected to be disapproved. No RP, no upliftment. *2nd application is largely expected to be approved so its back to square 1. *Share price is expected to remain stagnant if not depressed until upliftment
joyvest provided his view on PN17 concern again for the 105th time, share price down 1.5%.
later some good news come, share price up a lot...
Dejavu?
Round 1: joyvest concerned about PN17 upliftment, Maybank issue initiation report, AAX limit up Round 2: 9-Aug, joyvest concerned again for the 100th time, AAX initially down 1% but ending is +5%.
20July submit / asking Bursa to Lift regularising plan. No news yet??. Reason is very vague, good biz, no need to submit regularising plan. If approved, all PN17 co will use same technic
More Sour grape appear after dropped a few cents. All PN17 co will use same technic? How many PN17 company can make money for 3 consecutive QR? Plus AAX ady done debt restructuring and capital reduction and raise more fund through PP.that is not RP?
From the following announcement , RP is not yet done but that bugger has cited it is already done...is he out of his mind or what ? ---------------------------------------------- Pursuant to paragraph 4.1(c) of PN17 of the Main LR, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company and the appointed advisers are in the midst of formulating a regularisation plan to address its financial condition.
*Once you are in the PN17 status, the only way for it to be uplifted is through submission of RP. *No RP, no upliftment. *No such thing as automatic upliftment through relief or otherwise.

MGRC is under ACE market and has been granted relief from Guidance Note 3 (“GN3”) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements (“ACE LR”) under paragraph 8.03(A) of the ACE Market listing requirement.
AAX and Cap A are listed in the Main Market. Both are under PN 17 status , seeking relief under Paragraph 8.04(3)(a) of the main market listing requirement.
ACE listing requirement is said to be less stringent than Main Market Listing requirement among other things . Hence it is inappropriate to compare like to like in your citing below. _________________________________ kaninabu
@joyvest, isn't it MGRC just gotten exemption from submitting RP few months ago?
*Which Berhad (s) under main market listing being put under PN17 status has been granted with the relief by SC in the past ? * Basically none. *Then what makes you believe that SC would set a precedent for this case ? * In short, No RP from both , No upliftment.
Nope,it wont happen in a million years.... stony must submit before deadline on and before 28/10/23 failing which AAX will risk to be delisted.... No joke
