I look into their land bank and deviden payout. Even they continue selling land to pay the deviden, it will take a long time to finish. Moreover CPO price go up in future will sure help to push his share price.you must think long term.
If you buy a double storey shop lot , it cost you easily RM1.45 million, at price of 1,45 you can buy 1 million share of bplant with that money, your rental collected from the shop may be 3,500.00 x 3 months is 10,500.00. But bplant pay you dividen of 30,000.00 for every three months. Less income tax , less repair , less tenant bad debt, less so many problems, it is more than three times your income from your shop lot......HAHA, I am smiling to my bank
Most of the land belong to bplant are very near to developed township like semenyih, jb, muar batu pahat, parit buntar etc etc. mostly in Peninsula and land are costly .. Even the quarry land sold at kulai to ytl is more than 200,000 per acre. Try to multiply this price with land bank of 175000 acres, it come out to many many billions. The paid up capital is just over 2 billions....correct me if I am wrong

Keep for long term , mean time collect very good dividen. One day it will fly. This company owned by LTAT. Government has to take care of ex army. I am one of them, LTAT pay member 14 sen in the investment fund.

After selling this piece of land, still having 173000 acres to sell, wow, huge huge money as most land are close to developing area. Expecting another big dividend, Calvin, you are right, BPLANT ...Bank plant..CPO is heading RM3,000.00. It will hit RM6,000.00 in 2018..all share holder..cheer.
