I sold my small plantation of 10 acres, which give me only RM20,000.00 a year, Bought BPLANT with all the money at 1.40 and today, my DIVIDEN is RM130,000.00 a year. May be more next year, .Those who have small land and not so productive, sell and join me with MY WAY, can you be wrong? Uncle is laughing loudly to ATM machine. Why not you? Hahahahahaha.

Never put all eggs in one basket.

Keep Bplant for dividend. More coming as cash now flooding in.

As for Cbip management said cash collection will increase as fruit harvest increases. Cbip's turn to perform will come soon.

speakup always believe stock market is forward-looking, always ahead of actual events.
that's why often we see stocks move up before good news out, and stocks move down before bad news out.

Hi guys!

Bplant got Rm500 million or 33 cts cash coming.

Dutaland also got Rm150 million coming. About 17 cts a share cash.

So Bplant at Rm1.60 with 33 cts cash.
Dutaland at 39.5 cts with 17 cash on the way.

By percentage Dutaland offers better value!

BPLANT is going to go up further, another sale of 76.1% of equity at Boustead Sedili to PDT at 60 millions, this will be giving a big dividen next quarter when payment is done. i feel sorry for those who have missed to buy when the price was only 1.16 in 2015, anyway, it is still cheap at 1.60 Mr Speakup.

bplant is nett cash, cpo is 3100 per ton, down side is limited. another land bank of 172000 acres to sell for your dividen for another 50 years.

speakup, will you add position in bplant, i own very large amount. i think this counter is very undervalue compare to some other plantation counterpart. what is your opinion? i am retired and make a good living from dividend from few counters.

I hold equal big amount at Mqreit , hektar and YTL reit., of cos I have good yield as my entry was very low , holding from eight year ago till now. I have also invested at CBIP, from 2011, this is well manage counter, minimum 10 sen a year. With two time bonus issue 2012 and 2014

May I know where located and how much sold?

I got one Johor buddy looking to buy oil palm lands in Mentakab.

I think Opcom will beat many reits for the next 5 years if you are looking for yield.

Calvin. The land is in Kedah near Perak and above 100k an acre. Those defensive counters are long term, it ensure my wonderful retirement with good life and good facilities. but I do have few counters for extra income. Mainly short medium investment, that also are fruitful. Overall, I am a winner with the blessing of GOD.

Yes. Profit taking. As price go lower, we buy more, so the yield is better. Eventually price will come back. If you are investing for dividend, this is the time to collect.

Whoever is owning Boustead Plantations shares,don't sell.The technical chart shows a very bullish state for this counter.Along the way,maybe the price will drop due to market activity or sudden bad news( example from China or USA) but the price support is very strong.The charts indicates the share can sustain the price upsurge.Do maximise your return.It is all in the chart which record the price momentum and support on real-time during trading hours.Good luck.
