basic salary for palm oil worker increased from 1600 last year to 2500 this year, if not making money which tauke will pay > 50% annual increment. The best thing about cooking oil, is that there is no way you can suddenly increase the supply, like crude oil they can release reserve, not the case for cooking oil. Next 3 - 6 months CPO not likely to go below 4500, anything > 2500 is profit, with 4500 it would be extreme nice profit. i dun understand why keep saying game over

Argentina being the largest Soy Bean Oil exporter facing La Nina and expected Yields this year drop 20%. Currently , Argentina rise Export tax to make sure Edible Oil for local market is stable. Black Sea (Ukraine and Russia) contributes 70% of the Sunflower Oil in the world. Now Russia ban exporting Sunflower Oil to unfriendly countries and West Ukraine which is the main area to plant Sunflower oil switch to plant Oat, Millet and Buck Wheat due to East Ukraine mainly control by Russia and East Ukraine is the main area to plant Buck Wheat, Oat and Millet. That means Sunflower Oil will soon facing shortage

40% of the Potassium fertilizers are from Belarus and Russia . March is important month to put fertilisers and now is over. from now to May are the important months to plant crops. The war and Sanction has cause the planting interrupted and believe this year food and edible oil supply will be badly affected .

If Crude Oil stays are US$100/barrel ..... Both Malaysian and Indonesian Govn have indicated they will IMPLEMENT the B20 ( Malaysia) and B40 (Indonesia) blends for Diesel. Jet Fuel will also play a part now that countries have open up their Tourism sector. How much CPO will be absorbed by this ? And will it cause a shortage in Supplies to Market ? Any Pro here can hazard a guess. ???

Tough question on B20 usage vs impact on palm oil stock ratio. Prior to 2018-2019. { Indonesia started the ball rolling on blended fuel} Dorab Mistry and James Fry call it the game changer. James Fry estimated Indonesia supply of cpo will be curtail by 500,000 tonnes { est } Malaysia was a non starter in the blended bio fuel game { due to our government fuel subsidy} Indonesia has progress to B30 from the intial B10 program. The Indonesia Estate fund initiated was to subside & expedite the blended fuel program. The aim is to stabilise cpo prices and earmark part of the oil production as a alternate fuel instead solely 100% as a food crop. Indonesia { Jokowi} also emphasise the need to preserve Indonesia foreign outflow of the country foreign exchange reserve. Indonesia is a net importer of mineral oil

Planterman ..... Glad to have your insight. If B20 (Malaysia), B30(Thailand) and B40(indonesia) problem has a "insight" ...Perhaps the prices of CPO direction would be "clearer" . So far ( my 2 cents ) .... Thailand and Indonesia are incline to RAISE CPO consumption in Diesel and Air Fuel to conserve US $ as they will need it to BUY .."FOOD" in the coming months. .... So of the CPO Sifu's are missing ... (LoL)

I put into practice what I preached by adding another 50 lots of bplant at 98 sen

By Next month in May 2022 when the fantastic result of bplant out there will be no more selling on weakness below Rm1.00

We will see Bplant rise with it's rising profits
