What if Ekovest = RM4, then warrant = RM3.

Mother share less 25 dividend = 2.55 - 0.25 = 2.30
Warrant + Exercise price = 1.38 + 1.35 = 2.73
Premium = 18.7%

If q report is not good. Then it is the best thing to happen so we can topup more, Gadang and Ekovest is two different story. Look at how much job for the next 2-3 years. Please read about the business not share price.

altough there is nothing certain in the stocks market...assuming that there is no extraordinary factor to crash the stock market (eg War, Natural disasters), i dont think people should worry about picking up Ekovest WB...its already in the money, got 2 more years to go, and the upside for the mother share is still huge, meaning there are sizeable margin of safety to invest both in the mother and son...even if the quarter isnt good which is very unlikely, investors will stack up more just for sole reason of reaping the 28 cents dividend, which is a very rare/one off and high yielding in the current market....

probability, you can refer to special div previously declared by Sunway & Tanjong Offshores, calculation of adjustment for new exercise price were given in the notices to all warrant holders

Correction, Warrant conversion 1.22 will be = 1.22 *2/5 = 0.49

Warrant 0.55 + ex-price 0.49 = 1.04 while mother will be 0.90, so the premium will be 15.5%.
