4) why company have large share ( 800million ) and causing eps dilution in 2015 they pay out 0.09cent dividen which is too low so director thinking shareholder will prefer rewarded with bonus issue , PLus the right issue hence large share currently ( 800million )
5) increase of trade receivable from 19million to 29million ( 66% increment ) , why ? 40% of trade receivable had been collected back since this year large because quarter 4 is strongest sales , so most of trace receivable increase during quarter 4 also , due to nature of competition in pharmacy , it is common to have large trade receivable ageing 90-180 days director mention all pharmacy chain operator will have large trace receivable ranging 90-180 days as well
6) rm5million trade receivable > 180 days , impact on cash flow issue ? 70% of trade receivable > 180 days had been collected back company only recorded < 1% of bad debt in 2016 so rest assure no impact in cash flow director william ask to wait for Q1 2017 so that we can analyse and see ourself that trace receivable had been collected back
7) during ipo , company mention will team up with fathimah and expand into UAE , any update ? due to slow nature business of fathimah group of company , company had cancel the plan to team up with fathimah but company are eyeing new partner and will expand into middle east market will make announce once new partner target company mention never give up in expanding middle east

10) binexus tax extempted status ? will be expired by jun2018 , but renewable comapny will shift business to terrangganu after this and get another 10 years tax extempted status ( expired 2027 )
11) any more right issue in future? in next 2 years no more last right issue still haven fully utilise
12) any more new herbs planting since there is 100 ++ trad meds around in malaysia ? company will next focus on black pepper , white pepper , kunyit they have large demand from a single big customer so they chasing the supply now
13) another share holder worry last year china sales might be 1 off sales Mr william reply dont worry , large demand continuous flow through from china they just sign sales from yun nan market and recently open up inner mongolian market demand from china is huge they will visit china every 2 month to do road show / exhibition to promote the product
14) pharmacy net profit margin and revenue contribution ? net profit margin around 25% , each outlet contribute around rm1million in revenue

for health product , nushine is higher end in indonesia is call alpha health new brand such as surya had been introduced
company just introduce carica papaya leaf in dengue company mention this product can increase platelet count in dengue patient research done by IMR proven there is another shareholder giving feedback carica papaya leaf product by bioalpha is very nice to consume ( company explain because they added lemon and apple inside )
regarding pharmacy retail currently there is total 17 outlet 14 in klang valley company feel klang valley is very competitive so will more focus on area outside klang valley for example , Tanah Merah branch is doing very well
in next 18 month , will introduce next 12 product
for indonesia outlook previously very difficult in register new product in indonesia now since they had acquired new factory , can shorten the register period and can even manufacture new product from indonesia factory soon CAGR of indonesia in past 5 years is around 30%
for china outlook only export to china since 2 years ago CAGR of 546% in 2 year for china market they had done alot of roadshow and exhibition to china will introduce 5 new product to china market this year
in malaysia market will introduce 10 more new product this year herbal is harvested by 2020 as mention , aim to have 30 pharmacy this year and will expand outside klang valley wont impact balance sheet much because they expand pharmacy through francise mode

PETALING JAYA: Ace Market-listed Bioalpha Holdings Bhd aims to launch new products in its key markets, particularly in Malaysia, Indonesia and China as part of it expansion strategy.
In a statement on Friday, the company said it would be penetrating the Muslim-majority provinces in Western China such as Xinjiang, Qinghai, Shaanxi, and Gansu by engaging the local Muslim associations of the respective provinces to establish a distribution network. “We believe our strategy to leverage on our Halal-certified health supplement products would appeal to the Muslim population in these regions.
“Over in Indonesia, we have done well over the past years with our existing products but it is time to roll out new products to bring our sales to the next level.”
The company, which is principally involved in the manufacturing and sale of semi-finished and finished health supplement products, also said it plans to increase its number of outlets locally.
“For our pharmacy division, we currently have 17 outlets and we target to open a few more new outlets by the end of the year. We are looking to increase our geographical presence outside Klang Valley and continue to strengthen our presence in Kelantan and Terengganu.
“The group has also identified new markets – Kedah and Johor. We will be growing our pharmacy division via the franchise system as not to burden our balance sheet”.
To recap, Bioalpha posted a record high revenue and net profit in 2016 of RM47.1mil and RM8.5mil respectively, which was an increase of 58.6% and 25.0% year-on-year respectively.
On its balance sheet strength, Bioalpha said it remains in a net cash position with net cash per share of 0.7 sen as at end-December 2016.
