For a growth company, the results is not good enough. If holding long term, still ok i guess. However, those hoping for some action shorter term would be disappointed.

生意要擴充，要賺更多的錢，难免就要资本投资.這次近200万亏損是因为资本投资造成的，不是因为生意差或者没有利润造成的.
如果对BIO 的前景有信心或者你是長期投资者，我覺的不需要太担心或恐慌.

I thk director did not con, and the revenue is higher conpared to same time last year.... Reasons given for negative net profit which is acceptable... Plants in dungun will be ready in 2 years.... Expansion of bussinesses rapidly in indon n china with new products in the process... Down is a sapu time.... The more down the more happy i will be....

The Group recorded higher administrative expenses during the financial period mainly due to fair value charges for the Share Issuance Scheme granted to the employees amounted to RM1.80 million.

The Group also incurred the one-off corporate expenses in relation to the Rights Issue exercise amounted to RM0.55 million during the financial period.
Excluding the said fair value charges for the Share Issuance Scheme and the corporate expenses in relation to Rights Issue, the Group’s profit before tax (“PBT”) in the current quarter would have been RM0.30 million.
By excluding the above said, the Group’s profit after tax and minority interests (“PATMI”) in the current quarter would have been RM0.26 million, increased by RM0.14 million or 116.67% compared to the preceding corresponding quarter of RM0.12 million.

116.67% of Q1 Profit Improvement!!!!

Disappointing. Long term i guess ok but shorter term don't look cheap anymore. No wonder price action was weak ahead of results. We kept making excuses and hoping but at last it shows the market knows best.
