This is where your inexperience with oil and gas industry really shows.

True, high oil price doesn't mean that SD will benefit directly from it.

Where SD benefits immediately from is from the standpoint of collection of debts (since clearance is 30 days) and possibility of more new contract awards.

Is SD just going to ask for a loan from our local bank or bond market again? Private placement or rights issue? You think feasible or not?

There used to be an Indian who bought a lot of warrants in Australia, can't be sold and had no $ to convert when it expired ( Australia warrants is mandatary covert to mother share when it expired that he didn't know ) , later sued by the bank and auctioned his home went bankrupt.

The irregularities are not due to accounting. KPMG mostly highlighs that they unable to confirmed the transactions with the 3rd party

And they just using apps to identify the number.
